RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At VEERAZZ, we value our customers and strive to provide affordable and quality products. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding that all refunds will be issued in store credit to support our operations. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and store credits.
1. GENERAL RETURN POLICYItems may be returned for store credit only within 14 days from the delivery date.Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Returns that do not meet our requirements may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
2. FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMSThe following items cannot be returned or exchanged:Final sale or clearance items.Gift cards.Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).Accessories, including jewelry and hats.Items marked as "non-returnable" at checkout.
3. EXCHANGESExchanges are accepted for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability or customers may opt for store credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process outlined below and indicate the desired replacement item.Store credit does not expire and can be used toward future purchases.

RETURN PROCESSSubmit a Return Request: Email info@veerazz with your order number and reason for return.Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide instructions.Ship Your Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.Processing & Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMSIf you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.Provide photos of the damage along with your order number.If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. RETURN ABUSE & POLICY VIOLATIONSExcessive returns, fraudulent claims, or abuse of our policy may result in refusal of future returns and account termination.We reserve the right to deny future purchases from customers engaging in return fraud.
7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNSWe do not provide return labels for international orders.International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and customs charges.
8. FORCE MAJEUREWe are not responsible for return delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:Natural disasters.Shipping carrier disruptions.Government regulations or supply chain delays.Natural disasters (earthquakes, fires, floods)If an order is delayed or canceled due to such events, we are not responsible for compensatory damages or refunds outside of our normal refund policy.
